The Goal

For this supplement brand, the goal was to turn paid social attention into purchases while keeping advertising efficient. Increasing budget alone was not the answer. The account needed to reach new shoppers, give engaged audiences a reason to return and avoid exhausting the same audiences as spend increased. The brand's identity is kept private.

Our Approach

We ran a full-funnel Meta Ads program across Facebook and Instagram. Prospecting campaigns introduced the range to new audiences, product-focused video campaigns reconnected with people already engaging with the brand, and dynamic catalog ads brought products back in front of previous website visitors. Daily ROAS monitoring guided decisions to pause campaigns, reduce budgets or scale the campaigns that were working.

What We Changed

  1. 1

    Reach new shoppers through prospecting

Top-of-funnel campaigns used broad and lookalike audiences to introduce the product range. One main prospecting campaign recorded 81,336 clicks and 7.50x purchase ROAS, showing that acquisition activity contributed alongside campaigns aimed at already engaged audiences.

  2. 2

Reconnect with engaged audiences using video

Product-led video campaigns reached audiences including followers, previous content viewers and customer lists. The account used different video lengths and English- and Spanish-language variants, giving us multiple combinations of creative and audience to evaluate rather than relying on a single ad.

  3. 3

Bring website visitors back with catalog ads

The bottom-of-funnel dynamic catalog campaign recorded 56,823 clicks and 8.85x purchase ROAS. Its website-visitor ad set accounted for 50,249 clicks, making retargeting a substantial part of the account's activity.

  4. 4

    Optimize budgets against purchase performance

We monitored ROAS daily to decide which campaigns to pause, reduce or scale. The report emphasizes gradual budget changes, creative refreshes, copy adjustments and new audience testing rather than assuming that more spend would automatically improve returns.

Results

7,130 website purchases reported in the campaign dashboard.
7.28x reported purchase ROAS across the account.
$1,034,489.11 in attributed website sales in the monthly summary, in the report's unspecified currency.
8.85x purchase ROAS for the dynamic catalog campaign.
7.50x purchase ROAS for a main top-of-funnel prospecting campaign.
9.57 million impressions and a 5.05% reported click-through rate.

Why It Worked

The campaign structure connected discovery, product consideration and return visits instead of asking one ad to do everything. Prospecting and catalog retargeting both recorded strong returns, while daily monitoring gave us a basis for budget decisions. These figures show high purchase volume for the reporting month, not proof that any one tactic caused the result or a promise of the same outcome for another brand.
